The data below was aggregated from conversations we had with manufacturing leaders who led engineering centric manufacturing businesses. Our search focused exclusively on the Midwest and enterprises whose sales were less than $100M.
The executive compensation data for manufacturing was gathered during Q4 2016. Our search strategy was focused on the target talent pool comprising the following titles: President, COO, EVP Operations and General Manager. The goal was to identify a world-class manufacturing executive who could lead operations, sales and product development for a rapidly growing division.
