Via a self-paced, quiz-based, mobile delivered LMS with accompanying certification program & optional expert instructor-led practice and role-playing services
What software platform is used?
HireTelligence is contained inside well-established professional distance learning management system [Moodle]
How long is each learning module?
It is mobile optimized, and learning nuggets are geared for 30 minutes each
How many lessons/modules are there and how long does it take to complete the entire course curriculum?
There are 2 sections with a total of 6 modules combined: first section on building the position scorecard, and the second on candidate interview training and best practices.
Is there the opportunity to have professional instruction/training/practice/role-playing as supplemental overlay to the online training content?
Absolutely. While Hiretelligence was built to deliver core value as a stand-alone, self-paced training curriculum, there is no question that if groups of hiring managers are being put through this learning, even better hiring results can be achieved using supplemental virtual or in person live training.
