Venture-backed companies are unique, as they live and grow from funding round to funding round, value inflection point to next value inflection point. Leadership needs within these companies typically involve marrying founders who conceived of the ideas behind their companies, to non-founder executives who can successfully harmoniously fuse founder teams with non-founder scale-up team members and executives. BSG has deep domain expertise in recruiting this ilk of leadership. Most of the companies we recruit for are in the lower to middle market and many are backed by private equity investors. The consistent theme we hear from our clients is the imperative for change. These searches are typically focused on the C suite- CEO, COO, CFO and Chief Revenue Officer and are typically conducted on a nationwide basis for clients throughout the US.
