January 2024: BSG Completes Another Successful Executive Search—VP Global Sales, ST Engineering iDirect
BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement for our VP Global Sales Search—Tami Dias as VP, Global Sales for our client, ST Engineering iDirect.
Tami is a senior sales executive with over twenty years’ experience as an evangelist, strategist, teacher and coach focused on architecting and leading scalable global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success organizations. Tami has a history of developing successful sales and services, go-to-market, verticalization and digitization strategies and processes that drive consistent target achievement, new revenue streams and sustainable revenue growth.
Tami was most recently Vice President of Global Sales at Aeris Communications, where she was responsible for the Aeris Internet of Things (IoT) Business Unit’s Global Commercial organization which included leadership of Inside and Outside Sales, Account Management, Commercial Operations, Sales Engineering and Customer Success. Previously, Tami served in executive sales leadership roles in the wireless and satellite industries, including Marlink, RigNet and Wireless Innovation.
Tami holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and Classical Civilizations, English Literature, Philosophy and Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.
