September 2018: BSG Completes Another Successful Executive Search— Vice President Engineering, Pika Energy
BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement. Uwe Uhmeyer formally accepted the position of as the Vice President Engineering at Pika Energy.
Mr. Uhmeyer's background in High Voltage Products, analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, software and firmware, together with his experience building and managing highly capable teams made him an excellent choice for the position.
Most recently, Uhmeyer held the position of Vice President Engineering of Ideal Power, Inc. where he was responsible for managing and leading product development of Battery, PV and Hybrid Converter Power Conversion products. Previously, Mr. Uhmeyer held senior engineering management roles with Excelitas Technologies Corporation, Kaiser Systems, Inc. and Universal Voltronics Corporation.
Mr. Uhmeyer received an MBA from the University of New Haven, a BS Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and a BA Mathematics from Syracuse University.
