January 2021: BSG Completes Another Successful Executive Search— Chief Financial Officer, Walpole Outdoors
BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement. John Kilcoyne formally accepted the position as the Chief Financial Officer at Walpole Outdoors.
John Kilcoyne joins Walpole Outdoors and brings over 30 years of proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and automating specific needs, including: banking and financial arrangements, corporate budgeting and planning, financial reporting and analysis, treasury and cash management, merger and acquisition negotiation and implementation, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, system design and implementation, and team building and development.
John’s prior experience includes 20 years with International Packaging Corporation serving as CFO, as well as CFO roles with PE backed Aerial Wireless Systems and Vantage Builders, Inc. John holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bryant University, as well as his MBA from Assumption College in Worcester, MA.
