May 2019: BSG Completes Another Successful Executive Search— Chief Financial Officer, PNE
BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement. Myron Stadler formally accepted the position as the Chief Financial Officer at PNE.
Myron Stadler joins PNE bringing 15+ years of senior financial leadership experience, with the past 10+ years of his career at PE backed organizations such as SiteWise LLC and Frontier Fire Group. Myron was a minority owner and member of the board for SiteWise LLC and had responsibility for Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, External Audit, Tax, Financial Reporting, Internal Control, Information Technology and the Human Resource functions of the organization. He has been instrumental in implementing various ERP systems, KPI’s, and standard operating processes and efficiencies throughout his career. He has also played a significant role in key M&A deals as well as had a heavy hand in helping to grow the businesses of SiteWise LLC, Peak Utility Group and Frontier Fire Group. Myron holds a B.S. degree in Business & Accounting from the University of Colorado. Myron’s background in building internal controls, implementing corporate business strategies, and optimizing profitability options for organizations of various sizes made him an ideal fit for the role.
