January 2022: BSG Completes Another Successful Executive Search—CFO, CHASM Advanced Materials
BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement. David Rainey the position as the Chief Financial Officer search for CHASM Advanced Materials.
David Rainey joins CHASM Advanced Materialsas an experienced CFO and General Counsel. He has experience in advanced materials manufacturing, managing all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, IT, HR and Facilities. David has extensive M&A and fund raising experience. His 20+ years of executive leadership experience have allowed him to hone his skills in FP&A, various systems integration, automation and management, strategic and operational strategy, and talent development.
David was most recently CFO at Metallized Carbon Corporation, a manufacturer of solid, oil-free, self-lubricating materials that are carbon industrial components for highly specialized critical components. David holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA and JD from Vanderbilt University.
