BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement—Dominick Patriarca as SVP of Corporate Strategy of Okuma.
Dominick brings over 25 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, automation, and corporate strategy, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, leading global teams, and delivering sustainable business growth.
Before joining Okuma America in 2025, Dominick served as Vice President & General Manager at Gleason Corporation, where he led business operations, strategy execution, and growth initiatives over an eight-year tenure. Prior to that, he held multiple leadership roles at Lincoln Electric, including Managing Director of Automated Systems, Operations Director for Europe, and Operations Manager, overseeing P&L responsibility for North American automation businesses, managing multi-country operations, and executing facility turnarounds to improve efficiency and cost structures.
Dominick earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, equipping him with a strong technical foundation to complement his extensive operational and strategic leadership experience.
