June 2026: BSG Completes Another Successful Executive Search—Controller, Energy Dome
BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement—Johnny Lee as Controller at Energy Dome.
Johnny Lee has a strong range of experience across public accounting, corporate accounting, diligence, and operational finance. He has hands on experience in IPO and SOX readiness and a unique understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards. He has experience in maintaining detailed capital stack and waterfall models that tracked sponsor equity, tax equity contributions, and project-level debt. He was also heavily involved in maintaining HLBV models to allocate net income and track changes in capital accounts in accordance with the contractual waterfall.
Johnny’s most recent roles include serving as Controller at Aggreko and previously Senior Controller at Akuo, preceded by M&A financial due diligence at EY, senior financial audit work at AbbVie, and audit experience at Deloitte. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting from Washing State University in St. Louis and has a CPA.
