BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement—Dawn Herman as Chief Financial Officer of Visu-Sewer.
Dawn brings nearly two decades of progressive finance and leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial sectors. Before joining Visu-Sewer in 2025, she served as CFO at Guy & O’Neill, Inc. and Strauss Brands, where she drove financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
Earlier in her career, Dawn spent over a decade in leadership roles at Jason Industries and Milwaukee Tool, gaining extensive expertise in global financial planning, analysis, and operations. She began her career as a financial analyst with Newell Brands and Douglas Dynamics.
Throughout her career, Dawn has been recognized for her ability to align financial performance with business strategy, lead high-performing teams, and support organizational transformation. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from Marquette University.
