BSG proudly announces a recently completed executive placement—Dave Sholtis as Chief Executive Officer of NRG.
Dave is an experienced CEO and Private Equity Operating Partner. He brings experience in industries such as Defense, Automotive, Chemical, Personal Care, Heavy Industrial Equipment, and branded Consumer sectors. His 25+ years of executive leadership experience have allowed him to hone his skills in operational management, finance, sales and marketing.
Dave was most recently Chief Executive Officer at M&M Carnot, a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems, with a focus on sustainable solutions using natural refrigerants such as Ammonia and CO₂. Dave holds a BS from Penn State University.
