It is finally beginning to look like summer here in Massachusetts. Like many, each June I put together a list of books I plan to read and thought I would share my list with you in case you’re like minded.
Culture has been a big topic this year at BSG. More and more of our clients are recognizing the value of culture fit assessment as part of the candidate interview process. For that reason, I decided to pick up a copy of Daniel Coyle’s “The Culture Code”. I’m only halfway through at this point and have already learned so much. I highly recommend it.
