A recently completed search for a Chief Executive Officer for a Northeast-based healthcare technology company presented the following executive compensation insights.

When we complete an assignment, we aggregate the compensation data we have collected across the search, and share it with the executive talent community from which it came. In this case we completed a CEO search for a healthcare equipment company located in the Northeast Region of the US operating across healthcare, technology and manufacturing sectors.
To support our talent strategy, we focused on the target talent pool comprising those who either currently or in recent past roles held titles of CEO, COO, and a host of related senior executive roles in the healthcare and/or technology industry.
