    We are pleased to announce that we've completed the executive search with the hiring of Ron Whaley as the CEO at Bonded Logic, which markets and manufactures several thermal and acoustical insulation products for multiple industries.

    THE CANDIDATE:

    In this role as CEO, Whaley will partner with Bonded Logic, its owners and the rest of the executive team in a hands-on, active role. Key to the position’s responsibilities is business strategy, driving sales and scaling manufacturing and operations to meet anticipated customer demand.  Prior to joining Bonded Logic, Whaley was a consultant for RL Whaley Consulting. Starting in 2014, he was the CEO of Geo-Tech Polymers LLC and in 2010 CEO of Nextlife Holdings, LLC. He also was the president and COO of Solo Cup Company for over 22 years. For more information on Ron Whaley.  

    THE CLIENT:

    Bonded Logic has build its national reputation on the design and creation of its natural fiber insulation products. With over 35 years of insulation experience, Bonded Logic markets and manufactures several thermal and acoustical insulation products for multiple industries. Its patented manufacturing process allows for a wide range of densities and thicknesses while maintaining important health and safety features.

    Bonded Logic's products are sold through home depot stores throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California, as well as through regional lumber yards and through a network of U.S. distributors.  Bonded Logic was founded in 1996 and is based in Chandler, Arizona.
