On May 23, 2019, BSG co-Founder and Managing Director Clark Waterfall hosted the “Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Hiring for Senior Roles” breakout session at MassCEC Summit. Sharing trends, tips and hiring anecdotes, Clark answered every CEO attendee’s most pressing questions. The insights and understandings gleaned about hiring and retaining talent across the start-up landscape spanned everything from managing the interview process, score carding, leveraging personality tests, properly structuring a title and not relying on assumptions (such as always hiring from big companies) to ensure success.
In addition to Clark’s presentation, one of the key promises made was access to BSG’s proprietary, ground-breaking management training tool, HireTelligence.
