As the saying goes, a picture tells a 1,000 words and looking back on our camera roll for 2023, we thought we'd share the twelve highlights of which we feel most proud, one from each month.

anuary: Flagship brand BSG officially begins the celebration of our twenty-five years serving its growth stage clients to help build out and tune their executive teams. Across here, we distributed a combination of thank you tokens from signature corkscrews to 25th anniversary special edition wine glasses. And for a lucky few magnums of limited production Sigma Napa cab. We also produced a series of sport performance Nike hats with our belief statement that talent plus EBITDA or ARR ensures a 3-5x return for our private equity clients. One even popping up later in the year on an investor watching the tennis tournament at the US Open in New York City.

In February, within our Talent Sequencing brand, the executive coaching work we did that focuses on tuning high performers contributed to the promotion to Group President Ulrich Laupper for PE-backed BSG client company Photonis. In March, BSG and Talent Sequencing were excited to expand its CEO peer group offerings by announcing a partnership with Katahdin Group to form CEO peer groups exclusively dedicated to private equity-backed CEOs from across the US.

Talent Sequencing announces in April it's 5th organizational and leadership development coaching consultant, Karen Richardson. Karen brings more than twenty five years of assessment, coaching, and talent advisory expertise hung for more than a quarter century, tuning the executive teams across the general electric, corporate and divisional units.

For May, in addition to hosting a dedicated series of one-on-ones with private equity investors, BSG launched the first middle market private equity pickleball event at ACG's annual DealMax meeting in Las Vegas. June found BSG hosting its 6th annual kickoff cocktail party in honor of ACG Boston chapter's DealFest event on the roof deck of Legal Seafoods down in the Seaport district on Boston Harbor.

July, BSG companion brand TalentBench halfway through completing 2023 searches for hard-to-find key non-leader roles, including two sales leaders for golf cart distributor, Country Club Enterprises, controller positions for Photonis and Octillon, and the technology & energy battery sector, Southeast sales specialist for HIG Back Packaging specialist DazPak, and customer success manager for SaaS software provider to the construction industry's StruxHub. In August, BSG kicked off its 4th search for PE-backed Ducker Carlisle, backed by Boathouse Capital to help expand their service offerings to new industries and customer segments, ultimately successfully recruiting Ashim Talukder as Consulting Practice Leader. In September, BSG participated in the annual gathering of 17 international boutique search firms that form the Tinzon global network that serves our clients offshore executive hiring needs.

October, BSG held its 15th annual charity tennis tournament on the fabled grass courts in Chestnut Hill Mass, bringing together investors and operators in a friendly competition to raise funds for Tenacity.org, raising more than $17,000 this year and a $100,000 across all years.

November, BSG companion brand, Talent Sequencing, completes another signature quality of teams or QoT leadership team analysis and report for new platform company investment during diligence stage for Four Point Capital.

And then wrapping it up in December, BSG closed out the year completing three big client engagements. The first for satellite datacom leader ST iDirect, VP Global Sales located in Herbert, Virginia. The second for PE-backed DynTek's CFO based in Irvine, California it. And the third, the successor CEO search for Boston-based medical diagnostics leader Hamilton Thorne.
