For more than 15 years, Peter has worked at the forefront of the talent industry as an executive search consultant, analyst, and learning & development professional. As an executive recruiter, Peter has helped his clients identify, assess, and recruit senior executives across a multitude of functions. His experience includes working to build successful growth-oriented management teams for large enterprise, mid-market, and early-stage companies across a wide-range of industries and geographies.
Peter also enjoys guiding executives through transition points in their careers. He is sought out as an expert in career exploration, interview preparation and offer negotiation.
Prior to his work in executive search, Peter was an analyst for the research firm IDC where he consulted on issues impacting talent management and learning services. Earlier in his career Peter held roles in learning and development.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ryerson University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto, as well as a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa.
Born and raised in Canada, Peter is an aviation enthusiast and a member of the Civil Air Patrol. He volunteers in his community as a baseball coach and on local board initiatives. Peter lives outside Boston with his wife and four children and enjoys coaching, running, and listening to a good podcast.
