The data below was aggregated from conversations we had with senior finance executives across a wide range of process manufacturing companies that ranged from $75 to $200 million in sales.
Our search was national in scope and the data was gathered from January through to June 2017.
Our search strategy was focused on a talent pool with the following titles: VP Finance, Divisional CFO and CFO. The goal was to identify a top manufacturing finance leader who would both partner with the CEO and work closely with the private equity investors.
