The data below was aggregated from conversations we had with senior finance executives across a wide range of manufacturing and distribution companies. Our search was highly regional and ranged from Central Connecticut to Western Massachusetts.
The data was gathered between April to June 2017. Our search strategy was focused on the target talent pool which comprised the following titles : VP Finance and CFO. The goal was to identify a top finance leader who would serve as a strategic partner to the CEO.
