Andy is a manufacturing leader with thirty years of operations and engineering management experience. He is a strong, decisive, and passionate leader with excellent analytical and organizational skills, maintaining uncompromising focus on shop floor culture, process optimization, customer satisfaction, and bottom line profitability improvements. He brings a breadth of experience leading large scale growth and change initiatives.
Andy was most recently Senior Operations Director with Harvey Building Products, a leading manufacturer of windows and doors. Andy holds a B.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
