Eric has a B.A in Accounting, MBA and CPA certification. His extensive experience working closely with directors and lenders, leading multi-functional teams internally, managing M&A deals on both the buy & sell side and his history of success partnering with executive teams and boards to position organizations for growth made him an ideal fit for the role.
