Trevor is an accomplished product and business leader with more than 16 years of experience at Steelcase and Orangebox, where he drove growth through product strategy, development, and go-to-market execution. He brings extensive experience leading cross-functional teams, developing complex physical and digital products, and creating customer-centered solutions that address evolving market needs.
Trevor most recently served as Director of Product Development Studio at Steelcase, where he led a cross-functional team focused on the development of architectural walls, pods, panels, and screens. Previously, he served as Director of Orangebox Americas, where he had full P&L responsibility and led the business across the Americas, growing revenue from $30 million to $40 million. His earlier experience at Steelcase included leadership of Smart + Connected products and strategic partnerships, as well as product management and development of collaboration technology, room scheduling systems, mobile applications, and other digital workplace solutions. Trevor holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University and a BA in Business and Spanish from Calvin University.
