Dan Gaertner is an accomplished technology and operations executive with over 15 years of leadership experience scaling SaaS, fintech, and digital platforms. Most recently, he served as CEO of onPhase, where he led the company through five years of growth and product expansion. Previously, Dan was an Operating Partner at LoneTree Capital, supporting portfolio companies with operational strategy and M&A initiatives. His earlier roles include CTO of Fintech, EVP and Chief Product Officer at Community Brands, and SVP of Product & Technology at Homes.com.
Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Management from Old Dominion University.
