Eric Danner is a senior operations and growth executive with deep experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, and private equity–backed environments. He brings strong capital markets and fundraising experience, having led seed and growth rounds to support infrastructure expansion. Eric has significant M&A experience, including leading due diligence, negotiations, financial and legal processes, and independently closing transactions. He has managed teams through acquisitions and divestitures while maintaining operational focus and morale. He also served as a board member and has demonstrated the ability to build, scale, and monetize infrastructure-driven businesses with sustainable growth models.
Eric was most recently President and Chief Operating Officer at ElektraFi, a wireless internet company focused on bringing high‑speed broadband to rural communities, as well as Vice President at Zayo Group, a communications infrastructure company that provides high-capacity fiber network, bandwidth, and related managed services to enterprises, carriers, and public sector customers. Eric holds a BE from Westwood College.
