VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT & SERVICES DEVELOPMENT

THE COMPANY

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of reusable modular wall systems that enable renovation in occupied facilities with minimal dust, noise, and pathogen exposure. The company is a category leader in construction containment, especially in healthcare, and serves institutional and commercial environments where operations must continue during projects. Backed by a private equity sponsor, it is expanding product innovation and market reach across the United States.

The Vice President, Product & Services Development will lead the company’s next phase of product innovation, services expansion, and market-driven growth. Historically, product leadership has been primarily engineering-driven. The company is now seeking a market-oriented product leader who can combine customer insight, strategic thinking, and technical fluency to guide future innovation. The VP will lead a small engineering team and work closely with operations, manufacturing, and commercial leadership to develop new products, expand services offerings, and improve product architecture and field usability.

This role is central to the company’s growth strategy and will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, expanding the product platform, and driving long-term enterprise value. In addition to functional leadership, this executive will operate as a true enterprise leader and peer to the senior leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy, alignment, and value creation.
