Public Consulting Group (PCG)
Reporting to the head of PCG Education, and with a staff of more than 25 consultants, project managers, and others, this Director is responsible for the management and development of PCG's Education Consulting division, focused on helping K-12 school districts systemically improve their educational programs through leadership development, instructional improvement, and data-based decision making.
It is important to note that this position calls for both a high-level consultant AND someone who has managed a consulting team, with P&L responsibility. It also is important to note that the ideal candidate is unlikely to work for a software or other pure technology company—the focus here is on curriculum, leadership, school reform, data analytics, and other non-technical solutions.
