When we complete an assignment, we aggregate the compensation data we have collected across the search and share it with the executive talent community from which it came. In this case, in Q2 and Q3 2021, we conducted a CIO search for a privately owned manufacturing company.
To support our talent strategy, we focused on the target talent pool comprising those who either currently or in recent past roles held titles of Chief Information Officer, Director, Technology leader, and a host of related executive leadership roles. A requirement of at least 10 years in a senior technology and information systems role leading a team was a priority in this search.
