When we complete an assignment, we aggregate the compensation data we have collected across the search, and share it with the executive talent community from which it came. In this case, in Q4, 2017 we conducted a Head of Talent Acquisition search for a consulting company focused in the investment and technology space, located on the East Coast.
To support our talent strategy, we focused on the target talent pool comprising those who either currently or in recent past roles held titles of Head of Talent Acquisition, Chief People Officer, and a host of related senior talent recruitment executive roles in the consulting industry.
