BSG Team Ventures Successfully Completes Chief Marketing Officer Search for Human Capital Institute (HCI).  We are delighted to announce our placement of Robert Birdsong as the Chief Marketing Officer at Human Capital Institute (HCI), the global association for strategic talent management.

In this role Bob leads the strategy and execution of all marketing functions, positioning the HCI brand as the single source of thought leadership for Talent Management to individual and corporate members around the world. Bob’s team oversees all aspects of marketing including content marketing, lead generation, data analytics, branding and event marketing. Prior to joining HCI, he spent 3+ years at CEB Global where he developed and led marketing strategy to achieve product positioning, brand awareness and lead generation for CEB’s Talent Management Solutions. A versatile and dedicated marketing professional with an extensive record of experience and achievement, Bob holds a BA in Communications from the University of Western Kentucky
