April Sarraille is a Principal and Director of Client Services with BSG’s education practice. Her diverse career has always kept the customer in the forefront. She earned her search stripes working in The Boston Consulting Group’s San Francisco office. Her focus was bringing students from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business into BCG offices worldwide.

Along with Ralph and Todd, she has formulated a unique team approach within the education practice wherein clients can expect their role to be filled by an experienced group of search professionals wholly focused on their position. Her attention to detail helps fill searches with the best candidate often in tight time frames.

Prior to executive search April has owned and operated two different retail businesses, one in Columbus, OH and one in San Francisco, CA. She had the unique opportunity, upon selling the family business in Columbus, to work for the corporate headquarter to help create and build our operational procedures for a nationwide floral roll-up. On the humanitarian side she spent two fulfilling years as a Health Extension Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Guinea, West Africa.

Outside of work, April lives in Whitefish, MT where she and her husband and three children spend as much time outside under the Big Sky as possible.
