BSG Team Ventures is now offering its videoconferencing facilities in Back Bay/Copley Square to outside firms and individuals.

Our rooms are ideal for legal depositions, executive recruiting, and virtual sales meetings.

Videoconferencing Services include:

• Private Conference rooms including 42 inch and larger plasma monitors.
• Standard Hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern time.
• Flexible rental arrangements (for open-ended video-conferences such as legal depositions) upon request.
• Videotaping available upon request (this must be pre-arranged).
• Arrangements and connections handled by a trained technician.
• Off hour availability (please email info(at)bostonvideoconference.com for availability and rates).
• We are members of top national and global videoconference networks and can provide both near and far side booking, if requested.
• Free bottled water and k-cup coffee machine for use.
• Wireless Internet (password protected).
