Our search methodology expands along four dimensions:

Company and Job Profiling:
Using well-established tests, we will identify both client and candidate needs and strengths. This means

  • Asking hiring authorities to prioritize the skills and personality attributes required of the individuals they hire for each job,
  • Matching introduced candidates to the company and specific job profiles, and
  • Providing interview questions that help clients evaluate candidates for each job.

The goal is simple: help our clients hire people who fit, stay, and produce.

Hiring Consulting:
We will work with emerging companies especially in creating hiring strategies that work. This means:

  • Offering guidance on where and how to attract talent,
  • Working with HR and line managers to craft an interview process that assures the best candidates being hired, and
  • Troubleshooting flaws in the hiring process before they become ingrained.

Partnership Services:
We will use our network of partners to help clients address specific employment needs in such areas as

  • Contract recruiting,
  • Psychological and other testing,
  • Technology resources that relate to hiring (eg, web posting),
  • Compensation and benefits, and
  • Outplacement

We are not specialists in any of these areas, but we know many of the companies that are. And we will work with you to match your needs with the competencies of our partners.

Retention:
We will work with you and the individuals you hire through us to anticipate and effectively deal with problems that surface in the first six to twelve months after hiring. This may mean nothing more than staying in touch with our hires, or it may mean facilitating meetings that address shortcomings, dissatisfactions, and gaps in communication. Our goal is to have you as happy with your decision at the start of Year Two you were at the start of Year One.
