Clark
Waterfall (MBA, Babson) manages BSG Team Ventures' Technology and Science
sectors.
As co-founder, Clark has developed a recognized practice in the
emerging-growth company sector. Recent representative client engagements
include CEO for Nexaweb,
CEO of Privasource,
and CEO for EquipNet,
along with a number of VP-level engagements across the functional
spectrum in Sales, marketing, technology, operations, and finance

of the Boston Chapter of the International Association of Corporate

Chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum Start-Up Clinic and Executive

As part of his pro bono efforts, Clark has been Forum Committee
member and Chair of the Recruiting Committee for the New England
Springboard Venture Forum for the years 2000, 2001, and 2003.
Clark is active in most of the early-stage technology & science
meetings and conferences in the New England area including VentureOne,
Nantucket Conference, FutureForward, Ernst & Young Israeli VC
Showcase, Mass Biotechnology Conference, MIT Venture Capital Conference,
New England Business & Technology Association, CapitalVenue,
and TiE Boston.
Prior to co-founding Boston Search Group in 1997, Clark spent more
than five years at Management Recruiters International (MRI). During
his tenure at MRI, Clark rebuilt the graphic arts & imaging
specialty, expanding it into information systems and technology.
Clark was in the top 5 New England Division and top 50 national
billing consultants during four out of the five years of his tenure,
was promoted to VP in his third year, and assumed management responsibilities
for the New England Division's flagship Boston office, growing it
to more than a dozen consultants in five industry specialties. While
at MRI Clark was the recipient of numerous awards including Mentor
of the Year.
Prior to his career in executive search Clark spent several years
in the banking industry in sales and sales management, mostly with
Citicorp/Citibank. Before pursuing his Masters Degree in Business
at Babson with a concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship,
Clark did his undergraduate studies in a joint double-degree program
at Tufts University and the New England Conservatory of Music with
majors in English literature, French language, and classical percussion. |
