BSG Team Ventures is proud to announce the successful recruitment of Rob Crawford as Global VP of Sales at PE-backed connected car company Movimento. He has over twenty years’ experience across the automotive and automotive electronics industries.
Prior to Movimento, Crawford served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Obigo USA and Director of Business Development of Airbiquity, both of which are leaders in the budding business of interconnected embedded devices, or Internet of Things. Crawford has also served as VP of Automotive Sales for Navigon and for NAVTEQ, and he has a solid background in traditional automotive via his decade as VP of Sales, North America, with TI Group Automotive.
Crawford earned his BS, Mechanical Engineering, from Michigan State University; and his MBA from Bowling Green State University.
