    THE CANDIDATE:

    In this role Jerry will drive the growth strategy for this highly successful company. He will be part of the executive team and will work closely with C level partners to attain growth goals.  Prior to joining eDynamic, Jerry spent over a decade as the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer for Teacher Created Materials, an award-winning publisher of Pre-K-12 educational materials for all areas of curriculum.

    Founded in 2008, eDynamic Learning is a leading provider of online career and elective courses serving the virtual, blended, and brick & mortar U.S. middle and high school markets. The Company offers over 70 high-interest courses segmented within 16 career clusters ranging from Forensic Science to Gothic Literature.

    Gauge Capital is a private equity firm that partners with owners, managers, and equity stakeholders of successful middle market companies to maximize their potential. Gauge Capital focuses on investing in growing services and technology-enabled companies in the business and consumer, healthcare, and food sectors.
